This Privacy Policy explains how Applicationriseimperator Evolving New Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information in relation to our mobile application Kids Math: App for Ages 5–12 (“Kids Math,” “the app,” or “our app”).

Kids Math is designed as a learning app for children and families. We take children’s privacy seriously and aim to provide a safe, age-appropriate experience.

  • Home address
  • School name
  • Precise location
  • Photos or videos

  • Social media profile information

We do not use the app to knowingly collect personal information from children for behavioral advertising, cross-app tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The app and third-party services used in the app may process limited technical information needed to operate the app, provide app functionality, show child-directed/contextual ads, process purchases, prevent fraud, and improve app stability.

This may include limited technical data such as:

  • Crash logs
  • Diagnostic information
  • Approximate region or country
  • Ad delivery and frequency information

  • Technical identifiers required for app functionality, crash reporting, ad delivery, fraud prevention, or subscription validation

We do not use this information to identify a child personally.

3. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify, understand, and fix crashes and technical issues in the app.

Crashlytics may collect diagnostic information such as:

  • Crash logs
  • Stack traces
  • Device model

4. Advertising

Kids Math may display ads, including rewarded ads, through child-directed and kid-safe advertising services.

We configure supported ad services for child-directed treatment where available.

Ads shown in the app are intended to be contextual and age-appropriate. We do not allow behavioral advertising or interest-based advertising directed to children.

Some advertising partners may process limited technical information, such as device type, app version, approximate region, IP address, ad delivery data, ad frequency information, and fraud-prevention information. This is used only as needed to deliver ads, prevent fraud, limit repeated ads, measure ad performance, and support the internal operations of the app.

External ad links, purchase screens, subscription screens, and other commerce-related actions may be protected by parental gates or platform-appropriate safeguards where required.

5. Third-Party Services Used

Kids Math may use the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK for child-directed ad serving
  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and diagnostics
  • Kidoz for kid-safe contextual advertising
  • SuperAwesome / AwesomeAds for kid-safe contextual advertising
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Billing for subscriptions and in-app purchases

These third-party services may process limited technical data according to their own privacy policies and SDK documentation.

We do not use these services to knowingly collect personal information from children for behavioral advertising or tracking.

If a third-party service is not included in the current app version, it may not be active in the app.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Kids Math may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card details.

Apple or Google may provide us with limited purchase-related information, such as product identifier, purchase status, subscription status, transaction status, and related technical information needed to unlock purchased features or verify purchases.

Subscription screens and purchase actions are protected by a parental gate where required.

7. Parental Gate

Kids Math may use parental gates or other platform-appropriate protections before certain actions, such as purchases, subscription screens, external links, ad click-outs, or other actions that may lead outside the child-directed experience.

Parental gate behavior may vary by platform, app version, store requirements, and the type of action. On iOS, parental gates are used where required for Kids Category compliance. On Android, the app follows Google Play Families policies, child-directed ad settings, and Google Play billing protections where applicable.

8. No Behavioral Tracking

We do not use children’s data for:

  • Cross-app tracking
  • Behavioral advertising
  • Interest-based advertising directed to children
  • Creating advertising profiles
  • Selling personal information
  • Sharing personal information for third-party marketing

We do not include social login, public chat, or social sharing features for children inside the app.

9. Social Media and External Links

Kids Math does not require children to use social media, social login, or social sharing features.

If a parent chooses to contact us through our website, email, or social media pages outside the app, that interaction is governed by the privacy policy of the relevant platform or service.

External links, where present, are protected by a parental gate where required.

10. Data Retention

We retain limited technical, diagnostic, advertising, and purchase-related information only for as long as needed for app functionality, crash fixing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service operation.
